During a Workout
What you see
Section titled “What you see”- A color-coded timeline across the top shows every action in the plan, scaled to its planned duration, so you can see the whole session at a glance.
- A card for the current action shows what you’re doing right now and the time or rep count remaining.
- Overall progress and an estimated time remaining are shown for the whole workout, not just the current step.
What you hear
Section titled “What you hear”Spoken cues announce transitions and finish before each timer starts, so instructions don’t eat into your working time. When there’s no spoken cue playing, a short tick each second gives hands-free feedback that the timer is still running.
Controls
Section titled “Controls”- Pause / Resume — stop the clock and pick up again whenever you’re ready.
- Skip — move past the current action if you need to cut it short.
- End workout — stop the session early; your progress up to that point still counts toward your summary.
Keeping the screen on
Section titled “Keeping the screen on”If you’d rather glance at the phone than only listen, turn on Keep screen awake in Settings so the display doesn’t lock mid-workout.
What’s next
Section titled “What’s next”See After a workout for what happens when you finish or end a session.
